Help me in writing acknowledgement
Our teacher, will ask to do us some Acknowledgement giving this situation....

Ana Santos received money worth of $400.00 from the award on a school event in the "Limbo Rock" game. The Event dated February 28,2015. She received the cash award on March 2,2015.

How to make an acknowledgement given by this situation.

In writing an acknowledgement you want to express gratitude and seem humble. For this particular situation, the fist thing that should be done is mention the opportunity. "Sincere gratitude is extended to the school board for actualizing this opportunity for many students..." Blah blah.
You also want to thank them for the cash prize, thank your competitor (for without whom none of this would be possible/for exercising healthy competition.), the organizer of the competition, God (if you have religious preference), sponsors, blah blah.
In an acknowledgement, although it's all about thanks, you don't want to use 'thank-you' too much in fear of sounding repetitive.

Gratitude is extended to...
I would like to express appreciation...
I must recognize...
Credit is due...
Blah blah
