@k_lynn yes. It never seems to work for me and it's frustrating.

Hmm. When you upload something in a file attachment, I think there's this little number percentage that shows how much your file is uploaded. Did you wait until it got to 100% But you can probably take a screenshot or something and post a link of what you need help with.
