I'm wondering whether what you need is actually a pronoun (rather than a "sentence"), to substitute *el reloj pulsera*...?

In fact, one of the following direct object (DO) pronouns would fit:


(masculine SINGULAR) -- lo (/le is also possible)

(feminine SINGULAR) -- la

(masculine PLURAL) -- los (/les is also possible)

(feminine PLURAL) -- las
