ok well Booker T Washington was a scientist who gave up all he had his family, his life back and most of all his all ready mentioned but his family. I will be honest im not sure Who Alice Paul is so i cannot really help with that

Alice Paul was a feminist, suffragist, woman's right activist, etc. She was one of the most influential people when it came to passing the 19th amendment.

Alice had many stronge influences in woman's group during that period. She would often organize different (peaceful) protests. Infact, she held one of the first pickets outside of the white house. She was jailed as result of the protests, and in jail she and other members of her party would go on hunger strikes, and as such she would be force fed within the prisons.
