Question

Opening user's profiles is basically immobilizing my computer. It lags really hard and I can't do anything for around 15 seconds. I am using Firefox.

Me to when i log in and click a question it freezes for like 10 seconds then says continue script or stop and then crashes..

Also it refreshes by it self ._. to much lag ;-; I think its better for the older template before we try to use this one.

luckily my's doesn't take that long but it refreshes frequently and its annoying when Im explaining a answer or making a post it refreshes and I loose what I was typing

I think saying that the layout will cause OS's user population to lower is a bit over-the-top. We all know "new is scary" but there is one TRUE reason for this site -- user based education. The new layout still encourages, maybe even encourages more than the last, social education. When the glitches get fixed we will all come around, and when OS releases a new layout in the future, user population will complain to revert to this layout. Life is funny that way. This is a HUGE change, and we all need to be patient, people are and have been working very hard on this.

OS already lags for new accounts. This new design will just add a bit more.

OS also lags for me when I open a new OS tab. Sometimes it's 0 seconds and sometimes it's about one minute.

The offline/online glitch has been know for quite a while.

The new site looks a lot less complicated so I think new users will not have much of a problem trying to get adjusted to the new template. 90% of the old template is still there so most of the old tutorials can still be used again.

They still have to fix the notifications bug. That ones a major and essential part of OS. Without notifications it would as if we are planting seeds and never coming back to water them.
