(DIGITAL ELECTRONICS): Help with up/down (0-15) synchronous/asynchronous counter!

I got the asynchronous one down...but not quite the synchronous one..(jk flip flop)

I know how to wire synchronous without the muxes...but not sure here.. (especially with the clocks)
