I think that the british and the french really didn't like each other that much, so they probably didn't sign a truce. I, however, am not sure of that, so let's keep going.

French revolution was immediately post-American Revolution and the thinking of the Americans did heavily influence the french.

You already said that it's not d, so what does that leave you with?

yeah it wasnt D it was C
