Hi, I currently don't know what to do with this question. It's leaving me hanging for an hour or two, and I need it done :/

What is the maximum speed of a 3.90g particle that oscillates between x =2.0mm and x =8.0mm in the figure?

i would assume that U + T = constant as it oscillates to and fro.
thus between 2 and 8, the 4J of U converts to 4J of T, and T = 1/2 m v^2
