We know the pic is not of this person. How? Ask Gisa over in Lithuania. Anyhow, this is like the 4th or 5th account that has used that particular pic. So what? No real problem with that. On the other hand, there were several problems in here:

1) The assorted swearing.
2) The personal attacks.
3) The claim to be the person in the picture.

There is a big difference between using a pic and claiming to be the person. There is a big difference between asking why someone is using a pic of a known model and attacking a person for it. There is a big difference between a civil conversation and swearing for no reason.
