A is out because it goes to dusk then back to deliberate. If all first letters are the same then we look at the second letter, and the third letter if all second letters are the same. For A, dusk is followed by deliberate: U comes after E so that row is done. B is wrong because allegory and alley aren't right next to each other, which they should be. D is wrong because A is the first letter in the alphabet and all the A's are not first so that's not in alphabetical order either. So what do you think the answer is?
