What are at least three logical arguments to support your chosen position, “While the Industrial Revolution had both positive and negative effects on society and the economy, the negative effects outweighed the positive.”
heres what I have already “While the Industrial Revolution had both positive and negative effects on society and the economy, the negative effects outweighed the positive.” While the industrial revolution brought many things as mass production and inventions like the steam engine and cotton gin it also caused many people to lose their jobs, People were often paralyzed or lost limbs from working in factories and many people died while doing their jobs, Mostly people who worked in the mines. When the population increased heavily, this was good for the industrial revolution, but bad for the people because there were too many people and not enough jobs, food, money, or living scenarios. Cities were covered with ruble and soot from the large factories and small children were forced to work alongside their parents in order to make enough money to feed their families. I think that the industrial revolution was necessary for us to be able to enjoy life the way it is today, but the easy lives we live today came at a great cost.
