A 20 kg object falls from a height of 30 meters. How many joules of kinetic energy will the object have just before it hits the ground. I dont know what the equation to do this is.. can someone help me please?

The kinetic energy it has just before reaching the ground will be the same as the gravitational potential energy it initially has. Find the gravitational potential energy like this:\[\color{green}{E_g = mgh}\]
