Question

So I was feeling really depressed today so I wrote this...

I will cry myself to sleep but I will never admit defeat
You dropped me and walked away. In shattered pieces I did lay.
He found me on that day and fixed me up without delay.
God has risen I did cheer It was indeed a good year
Now time has past no need to feel my wrath, God died to fix our past.
On my knees I do pray looking at the ground where I once laid.
Pain and suffering are now gone I see now my love was wrong.
Tears never will roll down my face for him I did embrace.
Though dark past pale of skin, I can now step into the light again.
The past is done and you did run, I hope you do not expect me to run.
For my time is paid my sins I lay.
Before our god without delay I confess my sins on this day.
