I know the slope is positive, hence the positive correlation. But I don't know how you got the slope? and also where did -20 come from?

-20* that's where the line crosses the y - axis, you can take two points and either use the slope formula or just eye it, \[ m = \frac{ y_{2}-y _{1} }{ x _{2}-x _{1} }\]
Remember (rise/run)? But we can see that the slope is positive, as x and y are both increasing.

Well the slope, I didn't really calculate it or anything, I could see the x was increasing as was the y, so I knew it had to positive, if you understand the problem, you don't really need to know the numbers. The point of this question is if you can read the equation of a line from a graph :)
