So we can draw this nice ellipse and thinking of Kepler who says "equal areas in equal times" and using the symmetry of the ellipse, we draw this nice pic|dw:1427846321382:dw| Now we just slide that dot in the center to the left until it divides the left area into a third of the total area in the bottom half. =P
