Check to see if 7 - 12 is right, I am pretty sure they are right, but who knows I may be wrong.

All except 111 & 12 look good. Remember that:
\[a^{-x} = \left(\frac{1}{a}\right)^x\]

So, that term is actually shrinking as x gets bigger.
