zarkam21 (zarkam21):

What was a problem france faced in 1792? a. Napoleon Bonaparte threatened to become emperor. b. Maximilien Robespierre had taken control of Parliament c. Louis XVI had enough support to overthrow the Revolution d. The nation faced wars in Europe

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hold on just a sec sweetie :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We already know that there was a revolution that took place in France in 1792.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry. It's been a while since I have done any world history

zarkam21 (zarkam21):

its ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It certainly can't be C. According to my notes, the royal family was taken prisoner in 1792. So we know that they obviously didn't have enough support to save them from that.

zarkam21 (zarkam21):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's not A. In 1792, Napoleon was a captain in the Army

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm thinking D. But I'm not completely positive.

zarkam21 (zarkam21):

i need a positive answer :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm pretty sure it's D also.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i agree

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D makes the most sense. Maximilian was the US equivilant to the director of Homeland Securiy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It would have been very unlikely for the statement in A to be true. So I would go with D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I mean the statement in B about Maximilian to be false. Sorry. I'm doing like 4 things at once lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so yeah D :)
