your keyboard should have 3 buttons on them which you have probably never ever used and always wondered why they were there.

scroll lick, pause/break, and something like PrntScrn

the PrntScrn button copies whatever is on the screen, as a picture that can be pasted into paint

save the file to someplace youll remember, i just use the desktop

then attach it like i have done

sorry there are a lot of messages on here. The guy who was helping said he would leave if the site crashed again so now hes's gone
