OpenStudy (anonymous):

simplify radicals

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just a sec

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well it would be -45-27 but it you wanted that simplified too then it would be -18

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can explain how you got it because i have to work more

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the square root of 3 is nine so replace the two three with the square roots in front of them, then you you have (-5*9)-(-3*9) after that you would do what it says in the parentheses and -5 multiplied by 9 is -45 since your have different signs and -3 multiplied by 9 would be -27

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i mean 27 -45-27 subtract it
