368 - 180 = 188

0 + 4y = 188 (/4)
y = 47

(Rearranging original formula)

x + 47 * 3 = 180
x = 180 - 47*3
x = 39

(Using values of x and y)

Original Height + 10 Years of Growth = Final Height after 10 Years

39 + 47*10 = 39 + 470 = 509

after ten years the tree will be 509 cm tall
