The magnetic field is zero outside the shaded area. Assume W = 17.201 cm. The loop moves at speed v = 2.58 m/s in the +x direction.

when the centre of the loop is at x=-w then the emf is = BvL and when the centre of the loop is at the origin the induced emf is 2BvL.
