Question

I really want to learn more about horticulture, I live by a plant and tree nursery, but to get a job there you need at least two years of marketing - I have none whatsoever.
I totally would love to be/act as an intern and do errands, and learn when i can about the growth of plants and trees. ( Since I can't get a job there. )

But I feel that wouldn't be appropriate to ask.

So what should I do? I want to go out and get some experience and learn. Any guidance appreciated.
