3x^2+9x-1=11

either complete the square, or use quadratic formula
OpenStudy (amistre64):
3(x^2 + 3x) = 12 x^2 + 3x = 4 etc ....
OpenStudy (mven):
Then A=1 b=2 c=-4
OpenStudy (mven):
And do the quadratic equation right?
