WILL MEDAL AND FAN!!!!! Which is the most reasonable conjecture about the data shown in the scatter plot? (on link) A. People with more experience tend to earn lower salaries B. People with more experience tend to earn higher salaries C. There appears to be no relationship between years of experience and salary. I personally think its B. Tnx guys!!!!

@Coolguy25 @133 @tom99

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not c or a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@GhostBirdSeriesNerd you are correct it is a positive correlation and goes as more years of experience then higher salaries

OpenStudy (anonymous):

From this there is a positive correlation because the points are found in the bottom left and top right. This means that as the experience increases so does the salary.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tnx guys I have two more questions to go would u help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure just ask @GhostBirdSeriesNerd

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which scatter plot shows negative correlation? A. Scatter Plot I B. Scatter Plot II C. Scatter Plot III

OpenStudy (kidrah69):

repost your question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Remember negative correlation is when you draw a line down the middle and it goes down and to the right so C or the very right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@GhostBirdSeriesNerd IT IS B.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The third one because the data is more common in the top left and bottom right that the top right and bottom left for only that one. the first has no correlation and the second a positive correlation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jeremydaigle101 how could it b B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jeremydaigle101 a negative correlation is the same as a negative line Positive= Up to the right Negative= Down to the right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok next question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What type of correlation is shown in the scatter plot? A. positive correlation B. negative correlation C. no correlation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@GhostBirdSeriesNerd give it a try and we can help you if its wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

stop giving me medals ppl its making me feel snobby

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What do you think it is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is it no correlation? Im confused

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank God tnx guys

OpenStudy (kidrah69):

is this a test?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no correlation because they are scattered and you cant tell weather its positive or negative
