D. (3x + 4)(x + 3)

At their very worst, you can multiply together the give choices.

(3x+4)(x+3) = 3x^2 + 4x + 9x + 12 = 3x^2 + 13x + 12 -- Nope! That;s not it.

Try the other two.

Do you know the Discriminant or the Quadratic Formula?
