Why are you only allowed to ask one question at a time? Sometimes, I have like 4 thoughts that come to mind, and I have nowhere to put them. I realize I can write them down, but my point is, why can't you open like 3 questions at a time? Is it because there might be someone who comes in and spams a ton of posts? Thanks! :) ~gottennis121

eclipsedstar (eclipsedstar):

eclipsedstar (eclipsedstar):

Well, there are people that will spam questions...

OpenStudy (gottennis121):

have nowhere** grammar police, please sont come and get me. lol. @EclipsedStar, yes.

eclipsedstar (eclipsedstar):

You can edit your question, you know :P

OpenStudy (gottennis121):

Thanks @EclipsedStar, forgot about that. :)

eclipsedstar (eclipsedstar):

Haha no prob. ;)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

we had spam issues also, we had students jsut posting all their test questions at one time, going to play the pacman for a few hours, expecting others to just give them the answers. the one at a time is/was the best solution to alot of the hassles.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

one question at a time lets users discuss a topic, and try to instill learning and growth. being spread out over 20 different posts is not an effective means of comunications

eclipsedstar (eclipsedstar):

^ I agree...good points :)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Another good point is that, we would have just let the asker ask 20 questions at once. But we don't allow that. So you ask one question per post, close it once it's been answered, and then ask a new question. :)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

yeah, now when they post all their test question on one post, its easier to delete them all :)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

And another thing is, users post three questions. It gets confusing which question they are talking about. And it gets very difficult to help. And the post gets rather long so you don't know which question they started and which ones they skipped, etc. And sometimes they post all the questions at once, and it looks like too many questions. So no one wants to help answer 10 questions and get 1 medal. (Greedy folk lol)

eclipsedstar (eclipsedstar):

ikr? lol

OpenStudy (gottennis121):

Ok, thanks.
