lets find the slope..
slope(m) = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
(2,125)...x1 = 2 and y1 = 125
(4,100)...x2 = 4 and y2 = 100
now we sub
slope(m) = (100 - 125) / (4 - 2)
slope(m) = -25/2 or - 12.5

now we use this...
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
slope(m) = -12.5
use either of your points...(2,125).. x1 = 2 and y1 = 125
now we sub
y - 125 = -12.5(x - 2)

OR
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
slope(m) = -12.5
(4,100)...x1 = 4 and y1 = 100
y - 100 = -12.5(x - 4)

either one of them would be correct...but the second one is the one you are gonna have to use because of your answer choice
