find the length of AC? its express your answer in term of pi?

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Oh, well, in that case... 1) Do you mean the arc or the direct route? It looks like you need the arc. 2) Not enough information. Is line segment AB a diameter? Show YOUR work, please. Give us a clue where you are.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well idk? plz help :(

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

You have to answer question #2. There is no solution without that information.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Circles have 360º Supplementary Angles have 180º Arc(AC) covers 180º - 60º = 120º (IF - a really big IF AB is a diameter.) 120º is 1/3 of the circles 360º. Arc(AC) should be 1/3 of the Circumference. If AB is a diameter - again, we don't know this - the Circumference is \(12\pi\;ft\)
