I just joined another school, and they gave me an automatic F because i didnt know what my homework assignment was, how can i get to an A by the end of the school year?

My other classes i have an A, but not in this one, which will look weird when i get to 9th grade, because my report card will say i passed everything else with an A and failed math with a D or C.

I need a good math grade anyways, and science grade, because im going to be a computer engineer, and i need to get top scores on both of those subjects, and study a lot, because those are going to be crucial when going into hs.

You need to study mathematics on your own (outside of school). Just get the books you need and start self-studying and journaling everyday about what you've learned.

I take notes, about EVERYTHING, and i keep all my math books so i can study and be prepared for the FSA and the EOC tests at the end of the year.

Taking notes is not the same as journaling. When you journal about what you've learned, you basically provide your own thoughts regarding how you've approached the problems you've worked on, the difficulties you encountered, what you did to understand the problem, and how you solved the problem, or even a better approach to the problem that you either discovered, found, or figured out on your own. It's all about your perspective on things. That is journaling, not taking notes.
