I had a few problems in the past with OS. Google chrome and other browsers are very sensitive in these situations. What browsers do you have?

Then last step make sure all the boxes are checked off, the drop box says from "beginning of time" and then "clear browsing data" in the screen shot I marked each step with 1, 2, and 3. http://prntscr.com/6pi009

Some times cookies are at fault for results not working and tech issues. I couldn't log into OS for like 3 hours cause it wouldn't load and @Abhisar walked me through on Facebook.

same thing all you do is when its not loading go to your profile and go to your questions asked and click one and go to the subject like the only user thing and give it a little and you're good :D

It is an OpenStudy bug. There is a div with id "group-chats" which is covering the links. Whey you try to click on the links, it clicks on the div and nothing happens.
If you give the div with id "updates" a z-index of 3, then the links will be on top of that div and you'll be able to click them.

I'm not sure why it is happening for some people and not others, but it is happening for me.

Do you have an ad-blocker? It wasn't clickable for me either, turned off my ad-blocker for OS, works now.

And if you guys are ever deleting your cookies and all, be careful because you will delete everything in your OpenStudy Notebook extension. :P
