xhxh appears once in 10. Ie 1-10 so 1000 -10000. So 1000 is the genotype frequency. Where genotype is homozygous recessive. This is represented by q2 in hardy weinberg equation. If you take a square root of 1000 then u will get q which is the allele frequency in the entire population
