Think about it, A, no, if that was true, the world would never think about going to the beach anywhere between may and september, B, then it'd be monthly, C, no, winds can help damage caused by a tsunami, but they don't cause it. D is the only one that makes sense, and earthquakes/volcanos do in deed cause such a disaster.
