You must explain your answer using words, and you must show all work and calculations to receive credit. do i use v=4/3(3.14)(r^3) which would equal 1436026.66?

Is the quarter-sphered sized tank referring to the main tank? Or is the quarter-sphered sized tank a quarter of the size of the main tank?

i think it is referring to the size of the main tank

Thanks for the diagram - It looks to me like the main tank is supposed to be shaped like a quarter of a sphere, but this isn't obvious at all from a 2D picture!. You would use the equation you provided, however your final answer would need to be divided by 4, since we only have a quarter of a sphere.
