Looks like there is no key legend.
Anyway, we can note that Oklahoma cty has 14C and Kansas 12C. Additionally , Bismak has 10C. Accordig to the law of equilibrium, pressure moves from area of great concentraion to that of lower concentration. Futhemore,it is important to note that temperature is inversely proportional to pressure. Hence pressure or wind has to move from Bismark to Oklahoma in Sout direction to it.
