To name an organic compound ,first look for the main chain. we can take either of these 2 circles.. let us take the ellipse-looking like circle. to name it, you should first look to the alkyl group and name them from the side that are nearer to the start of the main chain. taking either side, the ch3 part is always at the second position. after that name the main chain.
having this in mind, the name should be 2-methyl propane.
