^2 representing exponent 2 and the answers are A: -16 B: 16 C: 32 D: 48
I think it's -16, if they're looking for the vertex.
If not, then I still need to keep looking.

Oh thank gosh, I came up with that earlier, I was thinking this was about to get much more complex.
So -16 is the answer?
At first, I thought you are studying maxima and minima. here is the graph plotted , https://mathway.com/ you can notice clearly that "-16" is a minimum point.
