Need help. Thanks. Give the coordinates of a shape the can be rotated about the y-axis to create a cylinder. Provide an explanation and proof for your answer. I know the shape will be a rectangle but I don't know how to explain or give a proof. Also, I don't care what the coordinates are as long as they make a rectangle.

@hoslos can you help plz?

I am not really sure, but certainly, when you ROTATE something, it forms a curvature, they if you do this in a rectangle along the y-axis, a curve is formed in the structure of the rectangle, which clearly characterizes a cylinder.

I l know it's a rectangle but I need to know how to prove it. Do you think I cout just describe how it does like you did?

Well we're not allowed to give you direct answers but I can tell you this. (i've already gotten warned) You need to find the coordinates on your own, do you have any guesses on them? **If you are allowed to choose any coordinates this won't be so hard.** For the explanation, I think it wants you to just explain the figure, coordinates, and so on. Basically I think it just wants you to explain the answer you received and how you received it.
