Hi there again. Those straight lines are parallel and hence proportional to each other.

I would say the answer is D. To find the median, you have to find the average of the 2 values which are in the middle of an array of numbers. Though we do not have a large array, we can still consider the last two middle values , which are 5x-7 and 6x+6 and again, the resultant median is 27 . Mathematically expressing, this means that: \[\frac{ (5x-7)+(6x+6) }{ 2}=27\]

It then becomes \[\frac{ 11x-1 }{ 2 }=27\]

After that, 11x-1=54 11x=55 x=5
