Not quite, some people come here looking for answers while taking a quiz, that's considered cheating, while others come here to learn out of general curiosity, or need help with homework,that is not considered cheating.

Let's back up for a minute. I mentioned before that the range of a data set (even if it's in a graph form) is the difference between the minimum and maximum values. What is the minimum value of this data set? What is the maximum value of this data set?
