Which form of government, practiced in certain Greek city-states and in the Persian Empire, describes a society ruled by a king or queen until his or her death, at which point power passes on to a family member?

Monarchy would be the best because its a king and queen and that's usually monarchy, If we look at the british, the Egyptians, and the French, they all had a a higher class and worked within a family unit. A monarchy makes the most sense too because Prince Alexander akak Alexander the Great was of course a prince and was going to be king. He was born into that role so if we think about that then of course we have to assume it is a monarchy.
