There is something quite useful when it comes to a rectangle-triangle (it has a 90 degree angle) when it comes to the circumcenter, it is situated in the midpoint of the hypotenuse. QR, in this case, so taht means that QR is t he diameter of the circum-circle of the triangle, so all we have to do, in order to spot the radius is look at the segment QA.
