Not fissures or at the site or mines... There are people around and volatile unsafe conditions.

Well, not directly into the ocean certainly but nuclear waste disposal in oceans in cement and lead containers time, also so does it deep inside mountains

the only one that appeals to me is salts mines, ie very deep underneath the earth.
