I haven't ever thought that people need somebody to create a question post for them. If someone needs help (s)he can say about it him/herself.

It is not such a hard task to post a question afterall.

I see what is going on now... next time tag her, so that it is clear that you are trying to help a particular user rather than saying "hey ask any question, and I will help".
