A function is shown below: f(x) = (0.93)x What does the function represent? Exponential growth of 7% Exponential decay of 7% Exponential growth of 93% Exponential decay of 93% I think C

OpenStudy (igreen):

No..the equation, I believe is something like: f(x) = (1 + r)^x Where 'r' is the rate

OpenStudy (igreen):

What's 1 - 0.93?

OpenStudy (igreen):

Anything more than 1 in there is an increase, and anything less than 1 in there is a decrease.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@iGreen 0.07

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yes, so that's 7%..so what do you think?

OpenStudy (igreen):

Is 0.93 more than or less than 1?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

decay of 7? @iGreen

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yes!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

great thanks! @iGreen
