not really the qualified helper...
it seems that in many cases that other users see the blue highlighted question and jump into help and the QH doesn't even get to answer

so the user paid for the question, and the QH did not get paid
in such a case

The qualified helper will only get paid for hepling people who paid using owlbuck and requested qualified help.
