If it increased by 7, to be 144 m.. that means that the new side length was 12. just do 12-7 for your original length.
\[19m, 12m, 5m, \sqrt{5} \]
so the answer would be B
No, 12 is the new length. Like I said, your answer is the original height which is 12-7
