Well Hitler was what was then called a National Socialist Which shared much in common with Fascism since Hitler idolized Benito Mussolini but he ran a Dictatorship after being elected to Chancellor and then to Fuhrer While Joseph Stalin rose to power in a newly formed Bolshevik Communist regime by being appointed to general secretary, and than formed a Dictatorship Both are very well known for the atrocities they committed Hitler began to wage a war on more than just jews but homosexuals, many other religious followers, minorities and any group that was not Caucasian. The people Hitler hated the most were not jews but rather communists and Slavic people. Stalin on the other hand did not attack any particular group but rather began a series of Purges arresting and executing any individual on the basis of "protecting the revolutionary government" He would send anyone who spoke against Stalin or the Regime, even in privacy, to be executed. Even communist party members and even his own son. In my opinion Stalin was in many ways worse than Hitler because while Hitler killed 4 million Stalin killed 20 million
