what are some study strategies that help you out and keep you focused on your school work?

Be strict about break times. Use games and other distractions as rewards, not breaks. A break should be getting up to move around, get the blood flowing, get a drink/snack.

When you read something, do it in small sections of 10 to 15 minutes. Then take a couple minutes to sunnarize what you just read, make notes on important parts or formulas, strestch, and then move on. This helps the brain focus on the key parts so you retain hem better and gives small bit of time to consolodate memories.
