OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

Is there a solution to this system? I don't think there is... -3x+2y=10 -4x+3y=2

Mehek (mehek14):

let's do it by graphing

Mehek (mehek14):

they are parallel lines so you are correct. No solution

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

okay, thanks.

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

@Mehek14 it says that the solutions are x=-26 and y=-34

Mehek (mehek14):

let me check

Mehek (mehek14):

i didn't go that low from where i looked before they looked parallel but now i noticed that the were at once intersecting and then went their own ways

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

oh, dang. okay. oh well. thanks anyways.

Mehek (mehek14):

got it wrong?

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

yeah. it's okay. I normally do well in math... one 80 won't hurt. I would've done it myself if I had a graphing calculator

Mehek (mehek14):

juts use this website for future graphing: http://desmos.com/calculator sowwy you got it wrong :(

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

okay, thanks!
