Which best describes a way that the periodic table is arranged? The metalloids are placed in two separated rows at the bottom of the table. The nonmetals are grouped together, which the exception of hydrogen. The nonmetals are all in the same column. The metals are placed in order of decreasing atomic number.

In the periodic table you can see that metals are more metallic to the left and down the periodic table. Therefore, this can be a good arrangement of elements. You can also notice that the atomic number decreases going from left to right. Also nonmetals are in on the right hand side of the periodic table at the top.
